Metallic Winter

My first outfit post since I've been home. It has only been 10 days since I've been here and I want to leave. Its been getting colder and colder (at least to me) and the more it gets cold, the more I feel like just staying in bed. I wish I could hibernate for a few months and wake up once the weather gets much warmer. Even though my wardrobe is filled with jackets, I really don't like wearing them. I feel stiff and uncomfy in them especially those big winter jackets.

This leather jacket is one of the items that I "HAD" to buy in Hong Kong. I misjudged the weather there and dressed up very lightly so I basically froze. I really didn't care how it looked on me then and just wore it. All it mattered was that it kept me warm but don't think its much of a help out here. I wore almost three layers inside and I was still freezing. The hat I just simply love, that is one of my utter most favorite items for winter.. I wear it almost everyday :)

Perfect Sneakers

This is my new shoe that I received from Jessica Buurman and I simply love it. Inspired by the Isabel Marant sneakers, this shoe is so comfy to wear and the best part about it is that it has little heels hidden giving me some height without really showing it. This sneakers are just perfect for days when I want to dress casual without looking "too" casual (if you know what I mean). The quality of this sneakers are really good and it also comes in different colors so if you lovelies were/are looking to buy similar ones, you can head over to Jessica Buurman and purchase it there. These are on sale at the moment so hurry up :)

The Perfect Dress

Taken in Bangkok, an outfit worn on my last day there. This is by far my favorite dress from all the ones I own. I found this dress in an open market while I was there. I was walking through this congested lane full of people with tiny stores on both sides. I saw this dress hanging in a pile in one of those tiny stores. I think it was the leopard print that caught my eye. The moment I pulled it out and saw it properly, I knew I had to have it. This dress has all the things I love, leopard print and fishtail, its just perfect. It somehow also reminded me of the UNIF leopard printed skirt. The most exciting part about this dress is that I got it for less than $20. Isn't that just awesome? :)

Anyway, its our new year tomorrow so HAPPY NEW YEAR or HAPPY LOSAR to all you lovelies who do celebrate it.

Disco-Ball

I'm finally home and if any of you lovelies are wondering where home is, its Bhutan. Its just been two days since I've been here and I already want to go back to Thailand to the warm sunny weather. I've been stuck home, in my room next to my heater for these past two days and I don't want to leave the room. I'm happy that I'm home and that I get to finally spend time with my girlfriend but at the same time, this cold freezing weather is really killing me. I don't think I'll be able to do an outfit anytime soon.. at least not till I get a bit used to this weather. Till then here are the pictures taken during my last days in Bangkok.

I don't think I have ever matched my outfit this much. It kinda felt weird but I was too lazy to change and  also I had no idea then which part I should change, the shoes or the top. Anyhow, I felt like a disco ball in that top. Looking back at it, this outfit looks more of a party outfit than a day outfit. I should have worn a high waisted jeans to make it less of an "night-out" look (if that makes any sense). But no point thinking over it now, is there? lol :)

New Baby :)

Introducing my new baby Lita Spike to my Jeffrey Campbell family. I had been eyeing this pair for quite sometime now. Since it was sold out everywhere online, I decided to get one from the Villains SF store here in Bangkok. The funny story is that for days I had been trying this shoe and admiring it every time I passed through the store. My mom not being the biggest fan of spikes and studs said "it was ugly" so I decided I would try to forget about them (yes, my mom chooses most of my clothes and shoes) but in the end, I just couldn't. The Lita Spike is one of the best sellers worldwide and it was sold out in most of the Villains SF stores. This pair was the last pair in one of the particular stores and it was my size so I couldn't resist, I had to get them. Now they are finally mine and I can't stop looking at it :)

Velvet Hearts

Isn't it fun to have a little sister to play dress-up with? Here I am again, wearing one of my baby sister's dresses. We have about 12 years in between us and she's bigger and almost as tall as me. I'm really glad that she's become big enough to share clothes with but at the same time, its kinda embarrassing that she's growing taller than me.

Anyway back to the dress, I love the color of the velvet and the way it feels even though this dress is a bit simple. Since the weather that day was a bit chilly compared to the normal days, I decided to pair the dress up with my heart stockings and also my gold accessories to lighten up the look.
