Red Red Chillies

These pictures were taken a week back but somehow blogger hasn't been working for me. Everytime I logged in to do a post, it would allow me to post up the pictures but wouldn't allow me to write up a post. Anyway back to the outfit, I don't usually like to match my whole outfit so much but here I did unintentionally and only realized it after the pictures were taken and I was looking through them on my laptop. I don't think it looks too bad even though I see a lot of red but I love red (obviously).. oh well!! Another pair of jeans that belongs to my baby sister and like the other pair, I love this one too just because it is too darn comfortable and I could live in it forever.

Turquoise Beauty

Yesterday I received these heels from Jessica Buurman and it's a real beauty. I was super excited when I got these and couldn't wait to try it on. And also a bit nervous since these heels are a big higher than what I usually wear. But to my surprise, it's really comfortable.. I couldn't tell the difference in the height of the heels. The turquoise blue suede is just so beautiful that these pictures doesn't do the shoe any justice. This heels are just perfect for the summer and I cannot wait to do an outfit post wearing these :)

If you lovelies are looking to purchase these, you can find them here. These are also available in two different colors- Red Suede and Orange Suede.

Perfect Dip Dye

I think this is the first time I'm wearing almost everything from one brand. This basic blazer is one of the first items I bought from Zara and I have been in love with that store since then. The best part about Zara for me is the use of bright colors. Even when I don't really like the style of the clothing, it's the colors that attracts me to it and because of wonderful bright colors, I start falling in love with the clothes. These dip dye jeans actually belongs to my little sister. I remember seeing these at the store but didn't bother trying it on because I was busy looking at the shoe section. After she got those, I tried them on back at the hotel and decided to keep them for myself because to be honest, it's actually one of the first jeans that I ever tired which was so comfortable that I could live it in forever. 23 years and I finally find the perfect jeans.

Class of 2012

This is the graduating class of 2012. My little brother has finally graduated.. not implying that he couldn't do it, more like time has just passed by so fast. I felt so old being there, I can't believe it's been 5 years since I was at the very same place.. running around in our saris trying to take to take as much pictures with friends and family. It felt like it just happened not long ago. The best part about the graduation ceremony was my little brother receiving the "Best All Round" student award. I would be lying if I said I wasn't surprised when I first heard it but I knew that he deserved it more than anyone. He's always been good at everything even though I do make fun of him. I couldn't be more proud of him :)

Beginning of this month I went back to my high school in India to attend my younger brother's graduation. It was my first time going back since my graduation in 2007. I don't know what exactly I was feeling as I was reaching closer. It was a mixed of emotions. I know I was excited for sure but at the same time, it felt weird and a lil sad being there without my group of friends and classmates. However I did meet a few of my friends and teachers and it was great seeing them after so long.

Right after we reached, I was so busy running around trying to meet my old dorm parents and teachers that were still there that I completely forgot to take pictures of my school. I had to steal these pictures of my school from the school page just to show you lovelies how it looked like :). The rest of the pictures are of my younger brother with his classmates during the Baccalaureate ceremony

Summer Heat

Summer is finally here and I'm loving every bit of it. It's a bit too hot during the day but I don't mind it at all because being able to wear all my dresses is making up for it. I went through my old clothes the other day and it was nice to find a bunch of dresses which I haven't worn before or in a long time. Wearing these dresses makes me feel like a little girl once again. While going through the old stuff, I also ended up finding this bag which belonged to my mom. I was so excited because this bag was something very different to what I own... It's just perfect for the summer.
